Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement components for systems and tooling platforms.
- Develop efficient, robust multithreaded C++ applications.
- Work on hardware interfacing, network protocols, audio/video processing, and UI development.
- Participate in field testing and support deployments at live sporting events.
- Partner with product teams and customers to refine and deliver solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
- Promote high code quality and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern C++, ideally through C++20.
- Experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimized code.
- Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows.
- Knowledge of libraries or frameworks such as Qt, FFmpeg, OpenGL, or audio/video processing tools.
- Exposure to network protocols, cloud technologies, or video/audio encoding workflows is a bonus.
- AWS experience is a bonus.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a high-performance engineering environment.
