Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, optimize, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, topics, actions, prompts, knowledge sources, and conversational workflows.
Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems using Power Platform connectors, REST APIs, Dataverse, Azure services, Microsoft Graph, and third-party applications.
Develop custom integrations with Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, unit testing, performance optimization, monitoring, and production support for Copilot solutions.
Collaborate with architects and business analysts on platform standards, governance controls, security requirements, and best practices.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Monitor agent performance, user adoption, and usage metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations, and ongoing delivery activities.
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, privacy, and organizational governance policies.

Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, entities, generative AI capabilities, and knowledge sources.
Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.
Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Storage Accounts, and API Management.
Understanding of conversational AI design principles and prompt engineering.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is preferred.
Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and environment management is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, M365 integrations, AWS services supporting enterprise AI workloads, Agile/Scrum delivery, Responsible AI, security compliance, and enterprise architecture standards is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Azure Solutions are preferred.
Preferred experience includes 3+ years of Power Platform development and 1+ years of hands-on Copilot Studio or conversational AI development.
