Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to define, design, and implement software solutions.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, documented, reviewed, and unit-tested code.
- Analyze, design, implement, and validate security requirements and secure coding practices.
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues with Customer Support, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
- Contribute to technical designs, prototypes, architecture documentation, estimates, delivery plans, and engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and drive improvements in engineering quality and development practices.
- Support observability, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance diagnostics, and production support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, enterprise cloud application development, Angular, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and reusable framework/component design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, data access patterns, and application performance.
- Experience with automated testing, secure coding, authentication and authorization, dependency risk, and vulnerability remediation.
- Technical leadership experience mentoring engineers, conducting design and code reviews, defining engineering standards, and collaborating across teams.
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical designs, executable backlogs, dependencies, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, PowerShell, Azure CLI, observability, production support, technical discovery, prototypes/POCs, architecture documentation, and AI-enabled applications.
