Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for personalization, recommendation, ranking, user segmentation, and content analysis.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for feature engineering and model training using structured and unstructured large-scale datasets.
- Deploy, supervise, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments.
- Lead A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
- Evaluate emerging machine learning, deep learning, and personalization research for potential integration.
Requirements
- Strong demonstrated experience with ML training frameworks, primarily TFX and Kubeflow Pipelines SDK.
- Experience with model-serving technologies such as TensorFlow Serving, Triton, and TorchServe.
- Expertise across the full machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, serving, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with high-volume data processing and real-time streaming architectures.
- Strong understanding of recommendation system design and personalization algorithms.
- Familiarity with generative AI and production applications.
- Good communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with OTT platforms and Scala is desirable.
