Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on Azure.
Architect end-to-end data solutions integrating data sources, processing systems, and AI/ML platforms.
Build conceptual and logical architectures for data-driven programs.
Guide data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data integration, and data modeling.
Implement data governance frameworks supporting data quality and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to support engineering best practices.

Require 14+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture or data architecture roles.
Require proven experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, with Azure preferred.
Require strong experience in data architecture, data governance, and data security.
Require proficiency in code and infrastructure optimization techniques and supporting engineering teams in adopting best practices.
Require proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies.
Require experience with AI/ML solutions and integrating them into business processes.
Require excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prefer Azure Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, or similar certifications.
Prefer strong understanding of AI ethics, explainability, and fairness.
