Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and delivery of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs, multi-agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate enterprise solutions with Claude and other leading LLM platforms and AI services.
- Provide technical leadership for UiPath automation platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise process automation initiatives.
- Define and approve solution architectures, integration patterns, engineering standards, and technical deliverables.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and adoption of emerging AI and automation capabilities.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote software delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and scalability challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, resiliency, observability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, application development, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise applications and technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, cloud-native application development, and enterprise integration.
- Hands-on expertise in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and AI governance.
- Experience integrating Claude or other enterprise LLM platforms.
- Expertise with UiPath, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, and Automation Cloud.
- Experience with Spring Boot, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, containerization, monitoring, observability, and Git-based development.
- Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software delivery environments.
- Preferred qualifications include UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Certification, Appian or enterprise workflow platform experience, enterprise-scale Agentic AI or intelligent automation experience, and financial services or regulated-industry experience.
