Responsibilities
- Participate in overall platform architecture design, including service boundaries, technical selection, data models, interfaces, deployment architecture, security, and observability.
- Design and review technical solutions, system modules, APIs, database structures, communication protocols, and non-functional requirements.
- Clarify and review PRD requirements and contribute to TRDs, architecture documents, interface specifications, database documents, deployment documents, and development standards.
- Develop and deliver critical backend services and modules for complex industrial platform scenarios.
- Guide backend developers in implementing key modules and resolve core technical issues during development.
- Participate in requirements, architecture, technical solution, detailed design, and code reviews.
- Support testing, deployment, delivery, and project handover activities.
- Establish platform-level standards for interfaces, databases, logging, error codes, version compatibility, security, and documentation.
- Continuously improve platform scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, observability, and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, algorithm, vehicle, testing, operations, and project teams to deliver platform functionality end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, automation, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend or platform system development experience.
- Strong Java backend development skills, including JVM, multithreading, collections, concurrency control, I/O, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, MyBatis or JPA, service governance, service discovery, gateways, configuration management, load balancing, circuit breaking, degradation, and fault tolerance.
- Proficiency in Python backend and scripting development, with familiarity with FastAPI or Flask, data processing, automation scripts, service integration, and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with C++ and C# for service development, SDK integration, algorithm service packaging, performance-sensitive modules, or cross-language integration.
- Ability to design platform architectures, layered systems, module boundaries, domain models, DDD solutions, integrations, data flows, deployment topologies, high availability, scalability, and architecture evolution.
- Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL database design, SQL optimization, indexing, transaction control, data consistency, distributed consistency, and large-scale data storage strategies.
- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Nginx, logging, monitoring, alerting, deployment, backup, and production issue troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze requirements, abstract business needs, decompose solutions, and translate scenarios into modules, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical solutions, and development tasks.
- Experience with platform architecture design, microservices, distributed systems, or industrial software platforms is preferred.
- Experience with autonomous driving, mining, AGV/AMR scheduling, IoT, digital twins, GIS map platforms, vehicle data platforms, or industrial automation systems is preferred.
