Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall platform architecture, including application, data, integration, deployment, security, and observability architecture.
- Define platform module boundaries, service responsibilities, technology choices, data models, interface standards, communication protocols, and non-functional requirements.
- Design and review technical solutions, system architecture, detailed designs, interfaces, databases, deployment constraints, and key architectural decisions.
- Clarify and review product requirements and translate business scenarios into modules, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical solutions, and development tasks.
- Write and maintain TRD, architecture, interface, database, deployment, and engineering-standard documentation.
- Review requirements, architecture, technical solutions, detailed designs, and critical code to align product needs with implementation.
- Guide backend developers on key modules, resolve core technical issues, and support testing, deployment, delivery, and project handover.
- Establish platform-level standards for interfaces, databases, logging, error codes, version compatibility, security, and documentation.
- Continuously improve platform scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, observability, and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, algorithm, vehicle-side, testing, operations, and project teams to deliver complex platform capabilities end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, automation, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of backend or platform system development experience.
- Platform architecture, microservices, distributed systems, or industrial software platform experience is preferred.
- Strong Java backend development skills, including JVM, multithreading, collections, concurrency control, I/O, and common design patterns.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, MyBatis or JPA, service governance, service discovery, gateways, configuration management, load balancing, circuit breaking, degradation, and fault tolerance.
- Proficiency in Python backend and scripting development, with familiarity with FastAPI or Flask and experience in data processing, automation, service integration, and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with C++ and C# for service development, SDK integration, algorithm-service encapsulation, performance-sensitive modules, or cross-language integration.
- Ability to design platform architecture, system layers, module boundaries, domain models, DDD solutions, integrations, data flows, deployment topologies, high availability, scalability, and architecture evolution.
- Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL database design, SQL optimization, indexing, transaction control, data consistency, distributed consistency, and large-scale data storage strategies.
- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Nginx, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, alerting, deployment, backup, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with autonomous driving, mining, AGV/AMR scheduling, IoT, digital twins, GIS map platforms, vehicle data platforms, or industrial automation systems is preferred.
- Strong requirements analysis, business abstraction, solution decomposition, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
