Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the web-based product and supporting web applications.
- Build and manage AWS infrastructure as code.
- Deliver full-stack data architecture solutions for large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Use modern frameworks, libraries, and standards, including TypeScript strict mode and modular design.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, contractor personnel, data specialists, and fellow engineers from requirements through production release.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Mentor less experienced team members and explain complex technical information clearly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of IT experience on implementation projects.
- Hands-on AWS experience, including infrastructure development with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, MongoDB, Amazon EKS, and a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience delivering full-stack data architecture and deploying large-scale enterprise big data applications on AWS.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering solutions with agile practices and using Git/GitHub.
- Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently, multitask, troubleshoot atypical problems, and mentor others.
