Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical deployments, configurations, upgrades, maintenance, deprecation, and other technology services for customers.
- Plan, install, and integrate Taurus solutions in physical, virtual, and hybrid IT environments.
- Provide professional services including product customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
- Maintain customer relationships, increase product adoption, and support retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic advisor, gather customer requirements, and advocate for customer needs across Taurus.
- Transfer knowledge about Taurus products to partners and customers and improve technical and user documentation.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve client issues and drive post-sales customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments and organizations; financial services experience is a plus.
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent customer-satisfaction and adoption-focused role.
- Experience with corporate IT environments and frameworks such as virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management.
- Experience with DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
- Ability to deploy simple and complex solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Knowledge or experience in database management using SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong results orientation, and willingness to travel regularly to customers.
