Responsibilities
- Develop and configure production-ready AI agents, models, and workflows aligned with approved enterprise patterns.
- Translate business and operational requirements into end-to-end AI workflows covering data ingestion, inference, tool execution, and human review.
- Embed responsible-AI controls, validation, safety guardrails, and explainability into agent logic and prompts.
- Collaborate with architects and ML Ops throughout design, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Optimize prompts, models, and agent interactions for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and continuously improve agent behavior using feedback, evaluations, and operational signals.
Requirements
- Experience building AI and machine learning applications in enterprise settings.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI concepts such as planners, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and APIs handling structured, unstructured, and document-based data.
- Awareness of AI governance, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks for LLMs and agents.
- Preferred proficiency with Databricks.
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and structured outputs.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Working knowledge of API integration and tool execution within agent workflows.
- Exposure to CI/CD, model deployment, and observability concepts sufficient to operate within pipelines.
- Ability to decompose complex use cases, deliver product-oriented outcomes, work within architectural and governance constraints, and communicate AI behavior to nontechnical stakeholders.
