Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features in Accounting product areas.
- Contribute across requirements analysis, design, implementation, test automation, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members, Product Managers, Architects, and cross-area peers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, cross-team feature refinements, and planning sessions.
- Drive innovation, technical excellence, quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Learn and apply customer, product, and business context to enhance solutions and their impact.
Requirements
- Have 4–6 years of software engineering experience.
- Understand software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
- Be proficient in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language; C# is preferred.
- Have familiarity with modern engineering tools and practices, including CI/CD and trunk-based development.
- Have experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Be willing to learn in-house tools and frameworks, including the APL programming language.
- Be prepared to work in a complex accounting domain involving financial and investment-related instruments.
- Have upper-intermediate or higher English skills, written and spoken.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, large-scale enterprise systems, and the fintech domain is valued.
