Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Pega PRPC applications and features based on business requirements.
- Develop and support case management, flows, data pages, user interfaces, rule resolution, backend processing, and access management.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations and perform basic SQL and database handling.
- Deliver work end to end in Agile projects, including debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and related teams to identify business problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support risk controls, policy adherence, operational processing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, including case management, flows, data pages, UI, rule resolution, backend processing, and access management.
- Ability to independently design and develop features from business requirements.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and basic SQL and database handling.
- Experience delivering work end to end in Agile projects.
- Good debugging, performance tuning, and code review practices.
- Pega Senior System Architect certification is preferred.
- Experience with investment products or investment and asset management environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of technologies used by financial-services providers and experience with cloud technologies are preferred.
