Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled software applications and intelligent product features.
- Use AI coding assistants for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
- Integrate AI services, LLM APIs, third-party platforms, and cloud services into maintainable applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant backend services and APIs.
- Apply prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI orchestration to create practical AI-enabled features.
- Evaluate modern AI platforms, developer harnesses, and agentic coding workflows while maintaining code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Support version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment, and secure development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including exposure to AI-enabled development workflows or AI-powered application features.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools or platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Experience designing, consuming, and integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, cloud services, or LLM APIs.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including Git-based workflows, testing, CI/CD, code review, documentation, and secure coding.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new AI development tools quickly.
