Responsibilities
- Investigate escalations across frontend, APIs, and data flows.
- Reproduce issues and identify root causes.
- Write and ship small-to-medium fixes and improvements.
- Act as the technical escalation point for support representatives.
- Translate structured customer feedback into actionable technical issues.
- Identify recurring issues and improve logging and debugging processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields for a B2B SaaS platform.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
- Comfortable reading and navigating production codebases.
- Experience debugging across various layers including frontend and backend.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
