Base Salary

$94k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, engineer, develop, and implement IT systems supporting client mission networks and end users.
  • Design and extend the DART-based cross-platform software test automation system and its application layer.
  • Apply operational knowledge across OSI model layers 1–4 and identify efficiencies for cyber mission systems.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and final documentation for projects with minimal supervision.
  • Support physical hardware, KVM, Proxmox, VMware, and other hypervisor platforms.
  • Develop and manage automation for resource scaling, testing, deployment, and virtualized environments.
  • Brief colleagues and mission partners on operational methods, tools, equipment, and technical deconfliction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with required polygraph.
  • At least 5 years of Python programming experience and strong C++ knowledge.
  • At least 5 years designing, architecting, and developing enterprise-scale applications.
  • At least 5 years developing operating-system-agnostic platforms across Linux and Windows.
  • Experience automating and managing VMware and KVM hypervisor platforms.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
  • Experience developing end-to-end automation solutions with automated resource scaling.
  • Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or MongoDB, including database performance management or NoSQL storage.
  • Preferred experience with C#, .NET Core, Go, Rust, Harvester, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, cloud and on-premises deployments, Linux and Windows kernel drivers, remote workstation clusters, AI-assisted development tools, machine learning model integration, event-driven architecture, ElasticSearch, and ELK tools.
  • Ability to independently lead projects, communicate complex technical concepts, adapt to changing priorities, and document standard operating procedures.
