Base Salary

$97k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user-area needs.
  • Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational-support phases.
  • Analyze complex application-development problems and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Recommend and develop post-implementation security measures to support system design and functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions and assist with customer-facing system exposure.
  • Define and follow operating standards and processes, assess risks, and support compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Salary range of $96,960.00–$145,440.00 per year.
