Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user-area needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational-support phases.
- Analyze complex application-development problems and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Recommend and develop post-implementation security measures to support system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions and assist with customer-facing system exposure.
- Define and follow operating standards and processes, assess risks, and support compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Salary range of $96,960.00–$145,440.00 per year.
