Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development for enterprise integration and automation initiatives.
- Architect AWS-based microservices, APIs, event-driven flows, and secure integration patterns.
- Provide hands-on coding support across backend services, APIs, databases, and automation workflows.
- Guide developers through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Help design and implement AI and agentic automation use cases across business functions.
- Establish engineering practices for SDLC, documentation, testing, observability, security, and release management.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on backend development experience.
- Experience designing and building solutions on AWS Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Preferred experience with AI automation, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Preferred experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Preferred experience with security, compliance, SOX controls, and audit-ready engineering practices.
