Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Explore and prototype AI-native methods, including spec-driven data development, semantic specification models, and agentic spec-to-config compilation.
- Contribute technical proposals covering product features, neuro-symbolic methodologies, and practical execution paths.
- Deliver system design, production coding, and validation for the Agentic Data Warehouse Platform.
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain production code and agent-skill quality.
- Collaborate with storage, query, and pipeline engineers to integrate the platform and prioritize feature requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience building agentic workflows, coding and data agents, structured agent skills, and evaluation harnesses.
Benefits
- US base pay of $207000 - $300000 USD, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
