Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, update, and maintain Minotaur, Compass, and uADSI mission-management and tactical-tracking software in virtualized and containerized environments.
- Administer, optimize, secure, and troubleshoot Linux-based virtual machines and containerized applications.
- Integrate and evaluate UxSAI capabilities, including CHAOS middleware and WebTAK OASIS.
- Coordinate sensor characterization, calibration, and operational integration with designated industry partners.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, configuration processes, CI/CD pipelines, and patch-management procedures.
- Conduct pre-deployment testing for software stability, security, compliance, and interoperability.
- Support ATO requirements, implement STIGs, and secure Cross Domain Solutions.
- Write SOPs, system baselines, troubleshooting guides, and quick-reference materials, and train operators.
- Serve as a technical liaison across NSW commands, headquarters, government, military, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical or scientific discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, systems integration, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency deploying, configuring, navigating, and troubleshooting virtual machines and containerized applications on Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Minotaur, Compass, uADSI, or comparable mission-command, tactical-tracking, or C4I software systems.
- Experience integrating unmanned-systems, autonomy, or interoperability capabilities; familiarity with UxSAI, CHAOS, and WebTAK OASIS is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience implementing software and hardware STIGs, supporting Cross Domain Solutions, and contributing to DoD ATO processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, write repeatable documentation, communicate with technical stakeholders, and instruct end users.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with willingness and ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with Naval Special Warfare, USSOCOM, special operations, defense, or national security mission environments is desirable.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, version control, automated testing, or CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform is desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, Linux+, RHCSA, Kubernetes certifications, or other cybersecurity and systems-administration credentials are desirable.
