Base Salary
$158k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, engineer, test, release, and launch ADAS and autonomous-driving features.
- Manage the behavior-planning software stack and introduce algorithms that improve customer experience.
- Research machine-learning-based planning and prediction solutions and take them into production.
- Analyze fleet and simulation data to identify critical scenarios and improve autonomous-driving decision-making.
- Develop scalable and efficient data-management systems for ADAS and robotics applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++ and Python with at least three years of relevant academic or industry experience, including libraries used for data analysis and management.
- Expertise in software design principles and scalable, efficient data-management systems.
- Understanding and exposure to non-ML planning methods.
- At least three years of academic or industry experience in ML development and large-scale data systems is preferred.
- Experience porting trained models to embedded platforms and strong C++ fundamentals is preferred.
- Background in perception, environment modeling, prediction, or planning for ADAS/autonomous-driving software or equivalent robotics applications is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale data processing for perception and planning stacks is preferred.
- Academic or practical experience in imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or simulation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science is required; MS or PhD is preferred.
