Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Contribute to frontend development, including React-based applications.
- Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment.
- Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Support and enhance production systems while improving architecture and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, including 5+ years of backend development with Python.
- 2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support.
- Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Business-level written and verbal English proficiency.
