Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive sales deals by partnering with sales teams to evaluate the Orb product.
- Help customers understand how Orb fits into their existing workflows.
- Serve as a technical advisor, crafting solutions centered around Orb's capabilities.
- Provide feedback to product teams to strengthen Orb's offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around technical concepts.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product management, and customer success.
- Ability to design and implement technical solutions addressing complex business challenges.
- Empathy and understanding of customer needs with a track record of strong relationships.
- Continuous learner with curiosity about new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is preferred.
