Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through analysis of complex business and system processes.
- Design applications in accordance with the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze system flows and define issues while developing innovative solutions.
- Deliver software solutions for trading applications in collaboration with traders and global technology teams.
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess and manage risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Advanced development experience with Core Java.
- Technical skills in Java, Kafka, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with QA, TDD, and BDD practices.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work with global teams across geographies and time zones.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- React, full-stack development, and knowledge of Prime Services are beneficial.
