Responsibilities
- Investigate and help resolve incidents in cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Provide infrastructure-related assistance to developers and day-to-day operational support.
- Analyze application and infrastructure logs using Grafana, CloudWatch, and related tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with experienced team members in an international English-speaking environment.
- Support performance testing and analyze test results.
- Assist with application deployments and releases across multiple environments.
- Create and maintain operational and technical documentation.
- Support the setup and maintenance of application and service monitoring solutions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation of one week every six to eight weeks after onboarding and training.
- Learn and apply operational best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Java, Java application servers, standalone Java configuration, HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs, JSON, messaging concepts, MQ, AQ, JMS, infrastructure as code principles, code versioning, and GenAI, LLM, and MCP concepts.
- Basic experience with or strong interest in Linux, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Cassandra, relational databases, SQL queries, AWS services including EKS, RDS, ALB, EC2, and security groups, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and LXC.
- Ability to work proactively in a highly international environment.
- Ability to work in English with experienced team members to troubleshoot operational issues.
