Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance in customer-facing calls, both in person and remote.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in primary hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Act as a strategic advisor on Cloud Native architecture and DevOps.
Conduct in-depth sales discovery to align technical capabilities with customer needs.
Serve as a cloud subject matter expert to enable the sales team.
Assist with technical implementation or validation of the product.
Create and deliver presentations for technical enablement of systems engineers.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to address product gaps.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a relevant focus area.
Solid understanding of backups, high availability, and disaster recovery architectures.
Knowledge of common Identity Providers like Entra, AD, and Okta.
Scripting experience in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience with Terraform and other relevant tools is strongly preferred.
Ability to give technical presentations to various audience sizes.
Strong self-management skills for time and project management.
