Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers during and after deployment, writing production-grade code to integrate Legora's platform.
- Own the full technical scoping process, gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Build and maintain reusable connectors and automation scripts to accelerate future deployments.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues under time pressure.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, surfacing integration gaps to product and engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope new deals and expand existing accounts.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineer comfortable with backend code and APIs.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, owning outcomes rather than just handing off specs.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns like SSO, REST APIs, and document management systems.
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality, knowing when to build robust solutions.
- Clear communicator capable of engaging with both technical and strategic stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by early-stage problems.
