Responsibilities
- Drive SAP enablement for Solution Consulting, Professional Services, GTM and Marketing, Partner and Alliance, and Production Support teams globally.
- Drive adoption of Workato across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SaaS application ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on SAP product roadmaps, features, rollouts, and customer ramp-up programs.
- Demonstrate how Workato supports business transformation and orchestration across industries.
- Act as SAP/Workato advisor and chief architect on complex enterprise implementations with Professional Services.
- Create and enhance reference demos, presentations, accelerators, white papers, best practices, and reference architecture patterns.
- Enable customers, partners, and internal teams to achieve strategic program and KPI objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technology consulting experience with end-to-end solution architecture and full-lifecycle implementation using SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services focused on integration, automation, and AI, plus SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA architectures.
- Expertise in SAP interfacing technologies including RFC, RFMs, BAPIs, ALE/IDocs, OData, SOAP Web Services, and XI Proxies, including monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Foundational SAP ABAP design, development, debugging, and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Proficiency configuring ALE/IDoc exchanges and developing and provisioning OData services.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, SAP Clean Core, RAP, CAP, ISA-M, and SAP extensibility frameworks.
- Foundational understanding of core SAP business processes and familiarity with the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience leading cross-functionally through influence without authority and across business verticals.
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 25%, with business English fluency.
- Preferred experience with EDI standards, mappings, transaction codes, transport protocols, EDI platforms, and B2B gateways.
- Preferred experience integrating non-SAP ERPs and CRM or HCM applications.
- Preferred foundational knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred knowledge of LLMs, MCP/A2A, RAG, agents, agentic orchestration, SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP DataSphere, SAP BDC, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Preferred knowledge of Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or SQL; middleware such as Boomi, Mule, or TIBCO; industry-specific business processes; and SAP or cloud certifications.
