Responsibilities
- Build and execute best practices for customer readiness and solution design.
- Drive excellence throughout the customer lifecycle for timely and on-budget implementations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams from project inception through go-live.
- Mentor and provide insights to Anaplan Solution Architects and partners.
- Identify opportunities for customer adoption and expansion.
- Support regular cadence calls with stakeholders to review implementation success.
- Assist in developing new talent within the Delivery Assurance team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Solution Architect in a Professional Services delivery organization.
- Strong background in customer service, ideally with Enterprise Performance Management.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Proven ability to exceed SLAs and improve processes.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and client leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% across the region.
