Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff through successful production deployment
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule
- Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos’s modular trading and portfolio systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with internal engineering teams
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices
Requirements
- At least three years of client onboarding or implementation experience in capital markets or financial technology
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes
- Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure
- Working knowledge of SQL and command-line environments
- Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting, preferably Python
- Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
- Preferred experience onboarding clients to trading, OMS, EMS, or portfolio systems
- Preferred understanding of capital markets workflows and electronic trading infrastructure
- Preferred experience coordinating integrations across exchanges, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties
