Responsibilities
- Become the trusted technical advisor for key decision-makers.
- Engage with sales managers to understand deal statuses and next steps.
- Leverage technical knowledge to overcome customer barriers.
- Influence product direction with insights from customer needs.
- Collaborate with support to accelerate product improvement.
- Work with Project Managers on executing designed security solutions.
- Prepare required project documentation.
Requirements
- Outstanding Swedish and English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Strong background in IT fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent account management and attention to detail.
- Industry certifications like AWS, CCNA, or Security+ are a plus.
- Experience with APIs, Python, and Linux is preferred.
