Responsibilities
- Lead technical workshops and identify Claude Code expansion opportunities with technical and non-technical customer teams.
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations, technical evaluations, pilots, and rollout phases.
- Develop workflows and configurations tailored to customer development environments.
- Conduct discovery calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and build technical champions within customer engineering organizations.
- Create demo environments, scripts, and technical content for customer engagements.
- Maintain expertise in Claude Code capabilities, integrations, best practices, and competitive differentiation.
- Provide customer-informed product feedback and collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product Engineers on sales cycles and post-deployment expansion.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
- 1+ year of customer-facing technical experience in sales, support, consulting, or a similar function.
- Daily active use of Claude Code with deep hands-on expertise.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, toolchains, and developer productivity.
- Experience with programming languages, IDEs, and development environments.
- Ability to present technical concepts, adapt communication to different technical audiences, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
