Responsibilities
- Act as a forward-deployed solution architect to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Bridge EMEA teams with the firm’s AI resources to streamline product requests.
- Lead educational initiatives to promote AI integration in workflows.
- Provide light-touch technical support to unblock teams.
- Track adoption and impact of AI solutions with simple metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing product or solution-engineering role.
- Solid grasp of AI, solution design, and engineering best practices.
- Comfort with Python, modern LLM tooling, and SQL/data.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Track record of translating non-technical user requirements into adopted solutions.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and investment research.
