Responsibilities
- Partner with EMEA Pods and business groups to identify high-value AI use cases and shape practical solution designs.
- Use lightweight proof-of-concepts to validate potential value before larger build decisions.
- Translate regional team needs into concrete product and platform requests for the firm’s AI resources.
- Surface existing firm capabilities and communicate regional priorities to firm-wide teams.
- Lead AI enablement through teach-ins, prompt and tool literacy, and best-practice sharing.
- Provide light technical support such as quick integrations and precise bug reports without owning core production systems.
- Track adoption and impact metrics and share findings with teams building firm-wide capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing product, solution-engineering, or forward-deployed role.
- Strong understanding of AI, solution design, and engineering best practices.
- Comfort with Python, modern LLM and agentic tooling, model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and SQL/data.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a STEM background or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating them into adopted solutions.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and investment research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior investment professionals.
- Strong product instinct, bias to action, high energy, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
- Early-stage or startup experience and hands-on engineering experience are advantageous.
