Base Salary
$175k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end from user interface through API and database.
- Build complex feature flag systems for multi-tenant hospital deployments.
- Transform unstructured clinical text into structured, usable information.
- Improve explainability by surfacing why a patient received a high risk score.
- Help clinicians locate critical information faster than they can through traditional charts.
- Ship and support production software at hospital customers including Cedars-Sinai, Penn Medicine, and Houston Methodist.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience building production web applications.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills with comfort building APIs.
- Experience with complex data transformations and messy real-world data.
- Experience with relational databases, authentication systems, and feature flags at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of shipped products and end-to-end outcomes.
- Preferred experience with LLMs or AI/ML pipelines.
- Preferred background in healthcare or clinical software.
- Preferred familiarity with PostgreSQL, AWS, or containerized deployments.
