Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to develop technical strategies.
- Influence leaders across the organization to drive efficient technical decisions.
- Contribute to technical designs and stay hands-on with code contributions.
- Maintain high engineering standards for yourself and your teammates.
- Mentor and coach teammates to expand their technical skills.
- Apply an AI-first mindset in daily work to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading large scale features and managing project delivery.
- Experience in identifying and implementing globally optimal solutions.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong track record in mentoring and helping other engineers grow.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
