Base Salary
$264k - $395k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and execute technical strategies for the Banking organization with cross-functional partners.
- Influence leaders across the company to drive consistent, sound, and efficient technical decisions.
- Contribute hands-on to technical designs and code for robust and scalable banking systems.
- Lead cross-cutting architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain high engineering standards and design creative solutions to complex problems.
- Coach and mentor engineers to expand their technical breadth, depth, and scope of influence.
- Apply an AI-first mindset and help raise the team’s use of AI applications.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years leading large-scale features, including planning, managing, and executing delivery projects while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Experience identifying, aligning, and implementing globally optimal solutions in complex systems.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong track record of helping other engineers grow.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
