Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and manage related data and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing performance and usability.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, provide solutions across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and monitor project progress against business goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience integrating it with other platforms.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education.
