Base Salary

$116k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define, design, develop, and automate Linux Vulkan and OpenGL graphics software for professional and consumer applications.
  • Develop and maintain software technologies supporting NVIDIA GPU hardware on current and upcoming Linux-based operating systems.
  • Improve performance and feature quality across cross-platform implementations.
  • Collaborate with test automation teams to identify regressions and maintain driver quality.
  • Work with software, hardware, architecture, and OEM support teams worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing graphics system-level software, especially for Linux.
  • At least 3 years of programming experience in C and C++.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior Linux gaming development experience is preferred.
  • Low-level Linux operating-system knowledge, including memory and resource management, scheduling, and process control, is preferred.
