Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate backend systems for threat detection and remediation.
- Design and implement high-throughput data ingestion and alerting pipelines.
- Create and maintain APIs and dashboards for stakeholder use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production backend services or full-stack features.
- Strong mastery of at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, or Node).
- Experience architecting scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Proficient in building and operating large data pipelines for analytics.
- Strong observability, debugging, and incident response skills.
