Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
- Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
- Monitor, debug, learn, and improve your work beyond release.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stack.
- Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
