Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and communication features using Quadient Inspire and custom-built applications.
- Configure primary and scalar workflows for document template design and automated input-file processing.
- Define document blocks and compose batch and on-demand communication templates using Inspire Interactive.
- Generate HTML and plain-text emails and work with XML, JSON, and multiline variable data record formats.
- Program, test, troubleshoot, and resolve sophisticated document-composition workflows.
- Analyze data files and assist with internal and external inquiries about input/output requirements, usage, planning, controls, and quality assurance.
- Identify process improvements and help standardize new and existing processes.
- Maintain internal documentation covering issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training.
- Partner with business and technology teams as a Scrum team member to improve, maintain, and support the communications platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar technical subject area, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience analyzing, crafting, and developing platforms.
- Experience with Quadient Inspire, including versions 11, 12, and 14+.
- At least 10 years of recent experience with Quadient Inspire Designer.
- At least 10 years of recent experience with Quadient ICM.
- Experience using Inspire Scaler and Interactive modules.
- Experience composing batch and on-demand communications.
- Experience with Inspire Scripting.
- Experience with OpenText Exstream is a plus.
- Print-industry experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical resources.
