Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with designers and product managers to iterate on and improve Replit Cloud.
- Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment and own key product initiatives.
- Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the future of the product.
- Build product features and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform.
- Use Replit’s cloud infrastructure to create product experiences that help non-technical and semi-technical users succeed.
- Help optimize or suggest improvements to applications in areas such as latency, reliability, and SEO using AI agents.
- Participate in engineering leadership by steering teams toward high-impact work and supporting company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience in engineering roles.
- Comfort building with TypeScript, React, and Go.
- Experience building user-facing platform-as-a-service products is preferred.
- Experience with AI or agentic systems is preferred.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup is preferred.
- Open-source project contributions are a bonus.
