Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities across complex back-office systems, workflows, integrations, and enterprise business processes.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and validation approaches aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Ensure release readiness, production stability, and high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Balance business-as-usual support with project deliverables while maintaining QA standards.
- Apply risk-based testing to prioritize testing efforts and identify quality risks, dependencies, gaps, and release concerns.
- Provide actionable mitigation plans and take initiative during unclear requirements, testing blockers, integration issues, and release instability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align on quality expectations and communicate risks, progress, and recommendations.
- Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching, reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive AI-powered QA solutions, intelligent automation, automation-first testing, and AI-assisted testing practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve QA efficiency, scalability, and coverage.
- Enhance QA frameworks, standards, tools, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to integrate automation and AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and QA workflows.
- Evaluate emerging automation platforms and AI-driven testing tools.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of extensive quality assurance experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies.
- Hands-on QA automation experience and the ability to independently implement test strategies.
- Experience supporting finance systems, including SAP, Zuora, and OneSource applications.
- Expertise designing and implementing test automation solutions using Worksoft.
- Familiarity with modern QA tools, defect tracking systems, and test management platforms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding QA team members in technical delivery and best practices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools, intelligent automation, or machine-learning-enabled testing solutions is highly desirable.
- Desirable experience includes SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, AI-driven tools, QA transformation, process optimization, operational improvement, scripting, automation frameworks, modern testing technologies, and AI-driven testing or intelligent process automation implementations.
