Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities across complex Back Office systems.
- Develop and execute effective test strategies and validation approaches.
- Ensure release readiness and high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Manage competing priorities between BAU support and project deliverables.
- Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts.
- Identify quality risks and provide actionable mitigation plans.
- Communicate risks, progress, and recommendations clearly.
- Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching and collaboration.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered QA solutions and automation practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation into QA workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of extensive Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in QA automation and test strategy implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience supporting finance systems like SAP and Zuora.
- Expertise in designing test automation solutions using Worksoft.
- Good foundation for mentoring QA team members.
- Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools and intelligent automation is desirable.
