Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
- Connect technology solutions to measurable customer business outcomes.
- Collaborate with account managers and partners to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
- Manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Deliver technical product presentations to secure client wins.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for testing and validation.
- Coordinate with product marketing to create supporting materials.
- Stay updated on competition and market trends.
- Promote thought leadership within the organization.

Requirements
- Pre-sales experience is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications.
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based solutions.
- Experience in the SLED vertical is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern web architecture is a plus.
- Proven ability to convert prospects into clients.
- Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures.
- Experience with Linux and NFS file systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and provisioning automation.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies.
- Curiosity and passion for technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
