Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement process-driven applications and workflow automation using Camunda BPM.
- Integrate Camunda BPM with enterprise systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize process models and execution performance.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Camunda BPM.
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM and experience developing process-driven applications.
- Strong knowledge of business process management and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Camunda BPM with enterprise systems and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize process models and execution performance.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
