Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, and architect features, interfaces, and subsystems.
- Lead an initial HL7 or FHIR integration project through completion.
- Own features, releases, and clean, traceable code delivery.
- Improve the performance and future readiness of existing components.
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements, test coverage, standards, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional team.
- Provide technical responsibility for parts of the architecture or serve as a project lead.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the developer community.
Requirements
- Senior-level software development experience with C# and Visual Studio.
- Experience with ASP.NET WebForms and .NET Core.
- Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, ICD-O, and TNM.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Experience with cloud hosting on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of deployment and infrastructure, including IIS.
- Excellent spoken and written German and good English skills.
- Strong independent problem-solving, teamwork, communication, learning ability, and self-motivation.
