Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, delivery, and support of software systems across the technical stack.
- Build internal agents to automate and enhance company workflows.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a cloud-native platform and infrastructure.
- Support varied data engineering needs including stream, batch, and complex data models.
- Infuse business processes with machine learning and AI.
- Design and implement workflows for complex, autonomous, multi-step processes.
- Manage service mesh for core microservices to enhance application development productivity.
- Assist in product development strategy, design, planning, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship code.
- Represent the company in external venues and contribute to open-source projects.
Requirements
- Passion for clean energy and fighting climate change.
- BS/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Software development experience in Python, Typescript, Go, Julia, C, or Rust.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
