Base Salary
$68k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor production-grade generative AI applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Support recruiting, placement, sales, and internal productivity workflows through AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders on scalable technical solutions.
- Apply RAG, prompt orchestration, agent workflows, evaluation pipelines, LLM integrations, and related generative AI patterns.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to documentation, code reviews, monitoring, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python.
- Experience building APIs, services, data pipelines, or cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, evaluation methods, and leading LLM families.
- Production application experience with generative AI concepts is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based production environments.
- Familiarity with Git, testing, observability, and agile delivery practices.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
