Base Salary

$97k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce workflows, approval processes, case management, entitlements, and assignment rules.
  • Integrate and maintain internal and external business applications using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Validate business requirements and account for security, scalability, and Salesforce governor limits.
  • Document solutions, troubleshoot problems independently, and communicate status and open issues.
  • Assist Product Owners with feature definition and translation of technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of Salesforce development or Salesforce cloud experience.
  • At least 10 years of enterprise-level software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce user management, case management, API integrations, reports and dashboards, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, gather requirements, present solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce development.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud product knowledge.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder certification is desirable.
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations or generative AI is a plus.
  • JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based web services experience is desirable.
