Base Salary

$97k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce solutions.
Configure Salesforce workflows, approval processes, case management, entitlements, and assignment rules.
Integrate and maintain internal and external business applications using Salesforce capabilities.
Validate business requirements and account for security, scalability, and Salesforce governor limits.
Document solutions, troubleshoot problems independently, and communicate status and open issues.
Assist Product Owners with feature definition and translation of technical requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members.

At least 8 years of Salesforce development or Salesforce cloud experience.
At least 10 years of enterprise-level software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency with Salesforce user management, case management, API integrations, reports and dashboards, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
Ability to work independently, gather requirements, present solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce development.
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud product knowledge.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder certification is desirable.
Experience with AI/ML integrations or generative AI is a plus.
JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based web services experience is desirable.
