Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, test, deploy, and support software solutions for the Enterprise Onboarding platform.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications and services using sound engineering judgment.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, model APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers, product partners, and operations teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and software delivery automation.
- Support production readiness, observability, resiliency, incident response, and operational documentation.
- Contribute to Agile team delivery and develop knowledge of financial-services and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting reliable, scalable applications in production environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems development.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and application performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, MQ, and large-scale data processing environments.
- Experience with software testing, source code management, release management, and production support within Agile development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI and machine learning technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation context management, and model APIs.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
