Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
- Manage AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across development, QA, and UAT environments.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and system management processes.
- Maintain configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Support development teams with version control, build automation, containerization, and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot environment-related defects and support successful release cycles.
- Improve the reliability, security, efficiency, scalability, and availability of infrastructure and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Seven years of experience in a related field is required.
- An alternative of 11 years of related experience may satisfy the education and experience requirements in lieu of a degree.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, cloud service models, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD; Docker; Kubernetes; Bash; and Python.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack, Git, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, PowerShell, Linux, networking, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, secrets management, secure software delivery pipelines, microservices architecture, and service meshes such as Istio.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer are listed as preferred or relevant qualifications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
