Responsibilities
- Build and scale configuration management processes for the robotic fleet.
- Automate enterprise-scale AWS account management and infrastructure deployments.
- Design and maintain OTA software deployment systems for robotic assets.
- Support enterprise AuthN/AuthZ migration and management for internal and external applications.
- Implement robotics observability tooling such as Foxglove for robot-to-cloud monitoring.
- Develop automated incident reporting and escalation tooling for production issues.
- Collaborate with product engineers to support robotic fleet and application needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in production support, development, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency managing AWS cloud environments and understanding multi-account deployments.
- Experience or strong interest in remote robotics tools such as Foxglove or Rerun.
- Experience with enterprise AuthN/AuthZ and secure identity management at scale.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed issues and automate manual processes.
- Ability to comply with applicable U.S. export control regulations, which may include meeting the definition of a U.S. Person where required.
- Successful completion of a background check may be required.
